Note: Workshop price does NOT include the recommended beginners kit, which must be purchased separately.
The workshop will cover and discuss:
- The structure of a knitted piece
- How to hold your needles and to make a slip knot
- How to cast on and cast off
- Basic stitches knit and purl
- Definitions and difference between stitch patterns
- Tips and tricks about finishing, weaving in ends, and combining different stitches.
As your first project I’ve designed and put together a beginner’s kit with everything you need to complete a set of fancy, thick and colourful potholders.
